Shipping Policy

We’re pleased to offer complimentary domestic (Japan) shipping. Delivery days could be from 5 - 7 days.

All shipments are fully insured via DHL,FEDEX and require a direct signature upon delivery for security. Please note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, and customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to undeliverable or returned packages.

If a package is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, we will reach out to the original purchaser. A reshipping fee will be required to send the package again.

International Shipping is available on most items. Please be aware that international orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Should an international shipment be refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any applicable import fees, and the return shipping charges. These fees will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Delivery days would be from  10-15 days.

To facilitate the insurance process, we are pleased to offer complimentary appraisals for items purchased from us. An appraisal provides a detailed description and valuation of your jewelry, which is essential for obtaining accurate insurance coverage.

Getting Started

  • Obtain an Appraisal: Ensure you have a recent appraisal for each piece you wish to insure.
  • Choose an Insurance Provider: Research and select a provider that offers coverage options aligning with your needs.
  • Provide Necessary Documentation: Submit the appraisal and any other required documents to your chosen insurer.
  • Review Policy Details: Understand the terms, including coverage limits, deductibles, and exclusions.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your piece—but if you need to make an exchange, we’re here to help.

To start your exchange:

  • Repack your item in its original box
  • Include the completed exchange form
  • Use the pre-paid return label provided with your order

Drop your package at UPS or FedEx, depending on the label carrier.

Shipping fees:

  • For domestic orders, standard shipping will apply to your new item if the order is under 100000 yen
  • For international orders, you will be responsible for shipping fees on both the return and the new shipment.


Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All of our jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Our warranty includes:

  • Loose or missing stones (excluding center stones)
  • Broken clasps or chains
  • Prong issues or structural defects
  • Manufacturing-related issues in setting or assembly

What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or tarnishing from everyday use
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or unauthorized repairs

To maintain your jewelry’s integrity, we recommend regular cleanings and inspections.

Repairs or alterations performed by jewelers outside of our team will void this warranty.

If you believe your piece qualifies for a warranty repair, please contact our team with your order information and photos so we can evaluate and approve the service.

 

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit on eligible returns made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Refunds are not offered.

All returns must be approved in advance and received in their original condition and packaging.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom, personalized, engraved, or resized pieces
  • Final sale items
  • Rings with custom sizes, initials, or birthstones
  • Gift Cards and accessories
  • Redo projects and special orders

Your store credit can be used on Shanuagarwal.com or toward a customized version of an online design. It does not include customized products.

Important: Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense

Initiating Returns

We want your experience to be smooth and transparent. Please follow these 6 simple steps for a successful return:

  1. Fill the Return Form
    Complete the return request form included in your order or download it from our website.

  2. Email Product Photos
    Send clear images of the item (front, back, and close-up) to info@shanuagarwal.com for initial review and approval.

  3. Get Dispatch Instructions
    Once approved, our team will share guidance on how and where to ship your product safely.

  4. Send Courier Details
    Email us the courier slip and tracking number after dispatching your package.

  5. Quality Check Upon Receipt
    Once we receive your item, our experts will perform a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.

  6. Refund via Store Credit
    After passing the quality check, we will issue your refund as store points, redeemable on your next purchase.
